Do we have to use your catering?
Yes, we require all food and beverage to be provided by our in-house catering team. This ensures the highest quality, seamless service, and adherence to health and safety standards. Our culinary staff offers a wide range of customizable menu options to fit your event’s needs, and we’re happy to work with you to create the perfect dining experience!
Where can we park?
We have ample parking available right on-site with 610 spaces in our parking lot, making it convenient and easy for you and your guests to access the venue!
Can we bring in our own alcohol?
No, outside alcohol is not permitted. All alcohol must be provided by HCC and served by our licensed staff to ensure compliance with state regulations, our liquor license and to keep your event safe and enjoyable.
What is provided in my rental?
Your rental includes access to the reserved event space, tables and chairs, basic setup and teardown, on-site staff support, and use of our standard in-house AV equipment (if applicable). Additional amenities or services can be added depending on your event needs—just let us know what you’re planning, and we’ll help make it happen!
